When will I receive my pack?

Items will begin shipping from mid-November via Australia Post. Once sent, please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. Standard Supporter packs will be sent via regular post (no tracking) and Premium Supporter Packs will be sent via eParcel (tracked). Packs being delivered to the same household may arrive together and in the same envelope or protective sleeve.

Can I purchase from outside of Australia and New Zealand?

Packs are only available for purchase within Australia and New Zealand

Does my supporter pack give me access to tickets?

Your pack does not include access to match tickets. For information on how to attend please head to https://rams.formstack.com/forms/26_rg_info_aus for the latest information.

I've made a mistake – can I edit my order?

As soon as you identify the error, please contact us at and we will do our best to have this changed prior to dispatch. However, please note these changes are unable to be guaranteed.

If an incorrect address was provided, a replacement fee may be issued to resend your pack

What happens if I don’t receive my pack?

Pack wills be sent start mid-November. If you have not received your pack by mid-November, please contact us at la.rams@weareengine.com.au.

Shipping

Standard shipping is free.

Shipping is only available to Australian and New Zealand addresses.

Packs are not available for collection.
